Established in the year 2006 by the C & D Educational Trust, Nazareth College of Education is a secondary teacher training institution, with the objective of training teachers to perform with commitment the noble profession of teaching. The college is affiliated to TamilNadu Teachers Education University and recognized by the NCTE.

The college is located in a serene place at Kovilpathagai, 3 kilometers from the Avadi Railway station. The institution is also well connected by various bus services. Located in a vast campus with architecturally designed modern buildings also have a beautifully designed chapel.
